1. Eligibility

The 3WordChallenge (the “Challenge”) is open to individuals worldwide, subject to the following conditions:

Minimum Age: Entrants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

Minors (ages 14–17) may participate only with verifiable parental or legal guardian consent, which may be requested by Cre8tor Studio (“Sponsor”) at any time. Failure to provide such consent upon request will result in disqualification.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

  • Employees, officers, directors, contractors, interns, or agents of Cre8tor Incubator, d/b/a Cre8tor Studio (“Cre8tor”), and its affiliates, subsidiaries, or parent companies.
  • Immediate family members (defined as spouses, parents, siblings, children, or domestic partners) and individuals residing in the same household as any of the above.
  • Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2.  Entry Periods

Challenge timelines follow this structure for each calendar month:

  • Submissions Open: 1st @ 12:00 AM EST
  • Submissions Close: 21st @ 11:59 PM EST
  • Public Voting Opens: 24th @ 12:00 AM EST
  • Voting Closes: Last day of month @ 11:59 PM EST
  • Winners Announced: 7th of following month

Entrants are responsible for verifying time zone differences. No exceptions will be made for late entries due to time miscalculations.

3. How to Enter

Each eligible participant must:

  • Create original content (image or 15–60 second video) using Cre8tor Studio (free trial usage is acceptable).
  • Submit the content through the official submission form on cre8torstudio.ai/3wordchallenge.
  • Post the content to at least one social media platform using #3wordchallenge and tag @cre8torstudio

Multiple entries are permitted. Each entry must be unique and submitted individually.

4. Monthly Prompt Requirements

Each valid entry must incorporate:

  • Two words chosen from a rotating list of ten (available on the official website).
  • One required “prompt” word designated for that month (also available on the official site).
  • All three words must appear in the entry either visually, narratively, textually, or via voiceover.

5. Submission Guidelines

Entries must:

  • Be wholly original and created by the entrant (and collaborators, if applicable).
  • Not infringe upon any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or moral rights.
  • Not contain licensed music, imagery, or media without proper authorization.
  • Not violate any applicable laws, platform guidelines, or contain content that is defamatory, obscene, violent, or discriminatory.

Permissions: Entrants must obtain express consent from any person identifiable in the content, especially if under age 18. Cre8tor may request signed releases at any time.

Disqualification Rights: Cre8tor reserves the right to remove or disqualify any entry that violates these rules or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.

6.  Judging and Winner Selection

Winners are determined as follows:

  • 1 Public Choice Winner – Based on total verified votes submitted on the Cre8tor Studio platform.
  • 1 Panel Winner – Selected by a panel of Cre8tor judges based on originality, creative execution, and use of prompt.
  • 5 Noteworthy Entries – Selected as runner-ups by the same panel.

All decisions are final and non-appealable. Any attempt to manipulate voting results (including via bots or fraudulent accounts) will result in immediate disqualification.

7. Prizes

Monthly prize breakdown:

  1. Public Choice Winner – $1,000 (USD) cash
  2. Panel Winner – $500 (USD) cash
  3. 5 Runner-Ups – $100 Amazon gift card each

Additional:

All winners will receive a limited-edition collector card.

First-time winners also receive a custom trophy case.

Prize Conditions:

Cash prizes are paid via ACH/direct deposit. Accurate banking details must be submitted upon request.

Winners are solely responsible for applicable taxes, fees, or declarations required by their local jurisdiction.

Cre8tor may require submission of a valid government-issued ID and/or IRS Form W-9/W-8BEN for prize issuance.

8. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted via email or direct message on the platform used for submission. A response is required within 5 calendar days. Failure to respond will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

9. Rights Granted to Cre8tor

By entering, you grant Cre8tor Incubator a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

Display, repost, or showcase your entry on its website, social media, marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and in press coverage.

Use your name, username, image, likeness, and public profile for promotional or editorial purposes.

All rights remain with the original creator, but Cre8tor may use, distribute, and display the content without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Entrants will always be credited where possible and reasonable.

10.  Limitation of Liability

Cre8tor is not liable for:

  • Lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or corrupted entries.
  • Technical failures of any kind.
  • Errors in administration, winner selection, or notification.
  • Any claims or damages arising out of participation or acceptance of prizes.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Cre8tor Incubator and its agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from the Challenge.

11.  Disqualification and Enforcement

Entries will be automatically disqualified if they:

  • Are not created with Cre8tor Studio.
  • Include unlicensed, infringing, or plagiarized material.
  • Use automated methods to influence voting or rankings.
  • Violate any rules herein.

Cre8tor reserves the right to verify eligibility, disqualify violators, and revoke any prizes awarded in breach of these terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

This Challenge is governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be exclusively resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, NY.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

No class actions or consolidated proceedings shall be allowed.

Entrants waive any claim for punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.
