Crea8tor 3WordChallenge Rules of Entry

DECEMBER 2025
SKILL CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES

ELIGIBILITY:  The December 2025 3WordChallenge Skill Contest (the “Contest“) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. (excluding Arizona and Maryland) who are at least fourteen (14) years of age or older; provided, however, anyone not at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority where they reside) must have permission from a parent or legal guardian in order to participate.  Employees, officers or directors of Cre8tor Incubator, d/b/a Cre8tor Studio (“Sponsor”) or any of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any advertising or promotion agencies involved in this Contest (collectively, the “Contest Entities”), as well as the immediate family and household members of each such person, are not eligible to participate. Void in Arizona and Maryland, and where prohibited by law.

CONTEST PERIOD:  The start/end dates and times of the Contest (the “Contest Period”) are listed on the Contest webpage (the “Contest Page”), at https://cre8torstudio.ai/3wordchallenge/.

The Sponsor’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for this Contest.

HOW TO ENTER: During the time period specified on the Contest Page wherein submissions are accepted (the “Submission Phase”), complete all of the following steps:

  • Visit app.cre8torstudio.ai (the “Site”) and follow the instructions to create a Cre8tor Studio account by providing all required information. Accounts include a seven (7) day free trial period (the “Free Trial Period”). When the Free Trial Period concludes, the payment method you provided when creating an account will automatically be charged, unless you cancel according to the instructions on the Site.
  • Use Cre8tor Studio to make a video (a “Video Entry”) per the “Video Entry Guidelines” Section below. This step may be completed during your Free Trial Period.
  • Post your Video Entry on Instagram with the #3wordchallenge and tag @cre8torstudio.
  • Complete the official Cre8tor Studio submission form (the “Submission Form”) on the Contest Page and provide all required information, including a link to your Video Entry post on Instagram, an explanation of how you used the Cre8tor Studio platform, and a description of how you incorporated your selected Prompt Words. See the “Video Entry Guidelines” Section below for additional details.

IMPORTANT: when completing the Submission Form, you must use the same email address as in your Cre8tor Studio account.

Entering the Contest requires having an account on Instagram, which is free to create. There is no limit on the number of entries you may submit, in each case by following all steps above, so long as each entry relates to a separate, unique Video Entry.

Your Video Entry post on Instagram must comply with Instagram’s terms of use, and may not contain any language or imagery which is lewd, obscene, hateful, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate, as determined by Sponsor in its discretion, all of which are grounds for disqualification. Proof of posting or submission is not proof of accessibility of the posting or submission to Sponsor or anyone else. Sponsor’s database computer is the official timekeeping device for the Contest. Each entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account used when creating the Cre8tor Studio account. An “authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by an internet service provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the social media account used to enter.

VIDEO ENTRY GUIDELINES: Each Video Entry must be created using the Cre8tor Studio platform, be approximately fifteen (15) to sixty (60) seconds long, and must make use of the “Prompt Words” specified on the Contest Page, either visually, narratively, textually, or via voiceover. When completing the Submission Form, you will be required to identify your selected Prompt Words and describe how such Prompt Words are used in your Video Entry.

Additionally, all Video Entries and content furnished via the Submission Form must: (a) be the exclusive original work of the entrant; (b) use English as the primary language for any spoken or written content; (c) be in keeping with the Sponsor’s image, (d) not defame or invade publicity rights or privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon the rights of any person or entity, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity, (e) not contain any commercial/corporate advertising, including but not limited to corporate logos, brand names, and slogans other than the Sponsor’s, (f) not depict any conduct or content that is unsafe, immoral, obscene or otherwise inappropriate as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion; (g) not depict any recognizable persons other than the entrant, and (h) comply with Instagram’s video format requirements and terms of use.

Failure to meet any of the requirements above, or to otherwise comply with these Official Rules, may result in disqualification in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove (by blurring or otherwise) any references to third-party trademarks, recognizable persons other than the entrant, or other inappropriate content from a Video Entry without disqualifying the Video Entry where, in Sponsor’s determination, such change does not materially alter the Video Entry and the entrant has otherwise attempted in good faith to comply with these Official Rules.

Publicity/Usage Rights: By entering, you warrant and represent that your Video Entry has been created by you as an original work and that all required third-party releases (if any) have been obtained in writing, and you further acknowledge and agree that Sponsor (and those acting with its authorization) may copy, reproduce, edit, broadcast and otherwise use your Video Entry in any way in any medium whether now existing or later discovered, worldwide, in perpetuity, including but not limited to posting such Video Entry online on Sponsor’s website and social media pages.  Sponsor reserves the right to remove or reject any content it deems inappropriate for any reason.  Except where prohibited,

WINNER DETERMINATION AND NOTIFICATION: One (1) Grand Prize Winner and up to seven (7) Category Winners will be determined via the processes set forth below. The start/end dates and times of each of the following phases will be specified on the Contest Page.

(1) Selection of Grand Prize Finalists: During the Selection of Finalists Phase, a panel of judges (the “Judges”) will select a maximum of twenty-five (25) Video Entries (each a “Finalist Video”) based on the following criteria (“Judging Criteria”):

  • Creativity and originality (50%);
  • Quality of video production (25%); and
  • Best expression of the Prompt Words (25%)

The person submitting a selected Video Entry shall be deemed a potential “Finalist.” Fewer than 25 potential Finalists may be selected if insufficient qualifying Video Entries are received.

Each potential Finalist will be notified within approximately 3 days following the selection of all potential Finalists, using the email address on the entry form.  No liability is assumed for any Finalist notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason.  Failure to respond to any Finalist notification within forty-eight (48) hours may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential Finalist.  Judges’ decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. Each potential Finalist may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release (where legal) prior to being declared a Finalist. If any potential Finalist is a minor under the laws of his/her state of residence, the parent or legal guardian of such potential Finalist may be required to ratify and sign all required documents. If a potential Finalist fails to comply with Sponsor’s requests within forty-eight (48) hours of notification, is found to be ineligible, or cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, he/she may be disqualified, and an alternate potential Finalist may be selected, time permitting.

(2) Voting on Grand Prize Finalists: During the Voting phase, the Finalist Videos will be accessible via a link on the Site, at cre8torstudio.ai/choose-your-winner. The public will be invited to vote for their favorite Finalist Video by completing the following steps:

  1. Visit ai/choose-your-winner and follow the instructions to register with the Cre8tor Voting Poll by providing a name and email address, and consenting to the Cre8tor Studio Platform Terms of Use; and
  2. Use the Cre8tor Voting Poll to vote directly for a Finalist Video.

Each individual may vote only one (1) time. Multiple voters are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt to submit more than one (1) vote by using multiple/different email addresses, identities or any other method will void that voter’s vote(s), and he/she will be disqualified from further participation in the Voting Phase and the Contest. Use of any macro, bot, script or other automated means to submit votes, hiring outsourced vote-farming services, paying for votes, or engaging in any other conduct deemed inappropriate, disruptive or unsportsmanlike as determined by Sponsor in its discretion, is prohibited, and may result in disqualification (if applicable) as well as the voiding of any votes received through such prohibited means. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected votes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any and all votes it believes to have been cast in violation of these Official Rules. Participation by a Finalist or potential Finalist in any voting activity which violates these Official Rules may result in disqualification.

(3) Determination of Grand Prize Winner: The Finalist whose Finalist Video receives the highest number of accepted votes during the Voting phase will be the potential Grand Prize winner. In the event of a tie, the Judges will select the potential Grand Prize winner based on the Judging Criteria used to select Finalists. The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified within approximately 3 days following the conclusion of the Voting phase, using the email address in his/her Cre8tor Studio account.  Failure to respond to any winner notification within 7 days may result in disqualification and selection of the Finalist whose Finalist Video received the next highest number of accepted votes during the Voting Phase as an alternate potential Grand Prize winner.

(4) Selection of Category Winners: Within approximately 3 days following the determination of a Grand Prize Winner, the Judges will select a maximum of seven (7) Category Winners using the same Judging Criteria set forth above. Up to one (1) Category Winner will be selected for each of the categories specified on the Contest Page.

Fewer than 7 Category Winners may be selected if, in the Judges’ sole discretion, none of the Video Entries (i) adequately fit the theme of a given category, or (ii) are of sufficient quality to merit a Category Winner prize. Potential Category Winners will be notified within approximately 3 days following the selection of all potential Category Winners, using the respective email addresses in their Cre8tor Studio accounts.  Failure to respond to any Category Winner notification within 7 days may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential Category Winner. Each potential Category Winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release (where legal) prior to being declared a Category Winner. If any potential Category Winner is a minor under the laws of his/her state of residence, the parent or legal guardian of such potential Category Winner may be required to ratify and sign all required documents. If a potential Category Winner fails to comply with Sponsor’s requests within 7 days of notification, is found to be ineligible, or cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, he/she may be disqualified, and an alternate potential Category Winner may be selected.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Contest, you (and if you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian) agree that the Contest Entities (a) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Contest or any Contest-related activity, or from acceptance, awarding, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize, and (b) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose.
